Waterville Community Events/Annual Harvest Fest

Hard to believe but we are beginning to head into fall! The kids are back to school and the feel of fall is in the air in the morning. Just a reminder of an wonderful upcoming event in the Waterville Community. 12th Annual Harvest Fest NOW Combined with Hill 'n the Ville, October 5, 2014 at Head of Falls on Front Street in Downtown Waterville from 10am-5pm The day-long event will feature hayrides, scarecrow-making, pumpkin carving, and entertainment and activities from Colby's civic and social clubs like a cappella groups and Woodsmen, KV Connect's young professionals and local vendors. Put this on your calender! It's a lot of fun!!

Specials going on at our local Human Society in Waterville!! Cats over 6 months old are FREE with a HSWA membership! Kittens are $25.00 off the regular fee. Dogs, over 1 year, are HALF OFF or $92.50. First Annual Fur Ball. 

Meryia Michaud 'n the Guys will be playing Live! Please join our local Humane Society for a night of dancing and great food!

 

 Chef Matt Crate will be providing a full menu including vegetarian selections, southwest pork, smoked salmon, and marinated flank steak. There will be a photo booth for all our guests to take fun pictures throughout the evening, a cash bar, and a few more surprises to come. Cocktail attire suggested. Bring your friends! Bring your families!

Tickets are $30 for a single ticket, $50 per couple, or $175 for a table of eight, with all proceeds to help raise money for our pets at our local humane society.

The WATERVILLE HUMANE SOCIETY is holding their 7th Annual Spay-getti dinner to benefit the shelter on February 22, 2014 from  4-6 PM.  to benefit the shelter.  $8 / person $25 / family of 4. Children under the age of 5 get in for free.
